- Mix the flour, salt, and olive oil in a large bowl until a shaggy dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it's soft, smooth, and bouncy.
- Form the dough into a taut round, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for at least an hour, or up to 24 hours.
- Prepare your sauce and other desired toppings.
